How do I order?
Select 'Add to basket' to add a product to your shopping basket. A summary of items in your basket will then be shown. To order select 'Checkout' or to look for more items select 'Continue Shopping'. In the Checkout section you will be asked to provide your personal details along with your credit/debit card details. Once your order has been accepted, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address you specified at the checkout section.
Are any other sizes available?
If you have a specific size that you cannot find then please email us and we will calculate the price for your required size. We can usually match any dimensions you require.
Can I place an order and arrange for it to be sent to another address?
Yes, when entering your personal details you will get an opportunity to say whether you would like the canvas sent to your own or, for example your work address. Please be aware that if our couriers cannot deliver to your address then you may have to arrange a new delivery date or pick up from their local depot.
Which credit/debit cards do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards.
What are the delivery costs?
Delivery to UK mainland is £9.95.
How long will delivery take?
Delivery within the UK should take 14 days from receipt of payment. Please email us regarding overseas deliveries.
Do you give bulk order discounts?
Discounts are available on bulk orders please email us for a quote.
How do I return an item?
To return an item, please email us explaining your reason for the return. We will review your email and instruct you accordingly.
Will my canvas be the same image I see online?
Images vary from monitor to monitor, we cannot guarantee that your print will look identical to what you see on screen. Images may vary depending on the size of print ordered due to scaling.
Can I become an agent?
We have had increasing interest from boutiques, hair salons, restaurants and bars wishing to sell our canvas art. It’s a great way to decorate your space and make money. Please contact us directly to discuss.
