Acknowledgements
In submitting an image for printing the customer confirms that they own the rights to their respective photograph/artwork or have obtained the relevant written permission. We reserve the right to refuse to print or manufacture any image that may cause offence to public taste, attitudes and/or concerns. Such submission also acknowledges that you understand there will a degree of cropping and editing that may be required, and that our designers will determine the cropping and editing to provide the best looking result, in their opinion. You also acknowledge that you understand that the quality of the final fabric print will vary depending on the quality of the original image.
Copyright in the website
Copyright in the website is property of the company createyourart.co.uk. Material on this website also comprises copyright material, trademarks and registered trademarks which are the property of the company createyourart.co.uk and third parties. This property may only be used for the purposes of browsing the website and acquiring goods and services of the website.
Digital images
We accept digital Images uploaded to the createyourart.co.uk website, by email or on CD in most file formats.
Prints
Your photo print can be in black and white or colour. Prints should be no larger than a sheet of A4 paper – 210mm x 297mm (12" x 8½"). Please post in a hard-backed envelope.
Transparencies
We can accept negatives and slides of any standard size.
Return of photographs/artwork
If your photograph/artwork is valuable or of sentimental value, we strongly recommend that copies are made before sending them to us as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit. Your photograph/artwork will be returned to you with your canvas print.
Colour Proofing
Because of differences in equipment, media, inks, and other conditions between colour proofing and production press room operations, a reasonable variation in colour between colour proofs/submitted images and the completed job is to be expected. When a variation of this kind occurs, it will be considered acceptable performance. The accuracy of each colour reproduction is guaranteed to be within 90-95%.
Gift Vouchers
Any remaining balance left after redeeming a gift voucher is non refundable, however, you (the customer) can add to the remaining balance. Gift vouchers can be redeemed up to twelve months from date of issue.
Delivery Schedule
We will commence work on your order as soon as payment (and artwork, if required) is received. Delivery of the finished print normally takes 14 days from receipt of payment. If you require delivery sooner than this, or would like to request a specific delivery date, please email contact@createyourart.co.uk and we will try our best to accommodate your request. Please note however that once parcels have been passed onto our chosen courier we cannot be held responsible for any delays that occur in transit.
Unfortunately, we are unable to give a ‘guaranteed’ time of delivery.
Returns Policy
If for any reason our product fails to satisfy, please return the goods to us with 14 days of delivery and we will be pleased to arrange a replacement. In the event of goods being damaged upon arrival you must advise the carriers and us immediately, and sign any delivery note to the effect that the goods are damaged. Alternatively please refuse delivery and contact us immediately. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
